The Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation has published that nearly 30% of the world’s population are either obese or overweight

That is one-third of the entire world population. Also the rates of overweight and obesity for men had higher rates in the last 3 decades rising from 29% to 37%.

Weight control challenges has been a serious relationship issue for most individuals of more than plus size. Some people have resorted on genetic cause of overweight while others still think it’s lifestyle.

A critical study has proved that 85% of people suffering from obesity is caused by lifestyle.

The use of different artificial source of weight control measures such as slim tea is currently on the increase. I am not here to stop the use of slim tea but to give you an alternative way that will work best for you.

Stay on the Programme

Every individual that wants to lose weight have a lay Programme chart they follow and the goal they are to achieve at the end of the process. Work out routines are more ideal in weight loss programme. Keeping an ideal weight loss programme is a serious business for those are still very new to the full episode of the routines. The reason why obese individuals find it difficult to a loose a pound on a weekly or monthly basis is the lack of consistency in the program.

Most fitness program have its own specifications on what areas of workout. Individuals who want a rapid weight loss program do combine a slim tea therapy to have a positive effect and result.

Calorie Influx

Reducing the amount of total fat intake to less than 30% of total energy intake helps prevent unhealthy weight gain in the adult population

Much of the calorie intake comes from fatty foods and carbohydrates. An individual having a total of 3000calorie influx of calorie should be ready to atleast expend 900calories on a daily basis in other to achieve result.

Fruits, vegetables, legumes (e.g. lentils, beans), nuts and whole grains (e.g. unprocessed maize, millet, oats, wheat, brown rice).

Perfect Hydration

Water is a very significant liquid when it comes to weight loss programme. Research has proven that drinking water 30-40 minutes before meal can help lose weight. But drinking too much water during meal can slow digestion because of over dilution of the gastric juice and enzyme.
